Hi I'm Kari

I'm a wife, a step mom, a quilter. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I grew up in the church, I am the oldest daughter (second oldest child) of eight children. I grew up with wonderful parents who loved the Lord and taught that I needed to find my own answers and conviction. I enjoy quilting, cooking and love watching a good game of American football.

Why I am a Mormon

By growing up in the church people tend to think that I am living the way that I have been taught, but there came a point in my life that I needed to find out for myself about the truthfulness of the gospel. I studied the scriptures and prayed considerably, I received my answer by a calming yet excited feeling. One of the teachings that I truly love is the Plan of Salvation. Knowing that when we die we will be able to see and be with our loved ones and be with them for eternity. This helps me knowing that when I die, that is not the end of my existence.

How I live my faith

I try to teach by example by living the guidelines our Saviour has set. I currently work with the young teenage women in building their self worth, knowlege of the gospel, and domestic activities.
