Hi I'm Steven

I was adopted by two wonderful parents and grew up in Utah. I am in the software industry. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am Father and husband with three amazing children. I am attending college and moving back into the software industry after being in construction and land development for over 10 years. I enjoy the challenges of life that have helped me to realize the potential God sees in me. I love to do everything with my family, camp, bike ride, travel, play games, etc. I enjoy all kinds of music and learning languages and different cultures.

Why I am a Mormon

There are many reasons I have remained a Mormon. I've seen so many acts of selfless charity by members. Felt peace, harmony and a sense of being a part of family with any member from various cultures and backgrounds. Being very scientifically minded, the unique Mormon belief of "personal revelation" has helped me with a struggle (even as a child) of believing in God. I have personally had a witness of the Holy Ghost and received personal revelation that has inspired me to know God more personally and understand the mysteries of creation that challenge many non-believers.

How I live my faith

I have served in many different positions in our church. From taking care of kids in the Nursery so parents can hear the word, to helping remodel a members home for a safer friendlier environment their child with Autism can enjoy. Reaching out to the community by Volunteering to help remove old trees from non-Mormon neighbors yards. Teaching the youth and adults about the gospel and sharing my testimony on a mission for two years and thereafter, to affirm to all that I know we are all one family under God.
