Hi I'm Tyler

I was born in England, I love sports, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am an avid sports man, I follow just about everything and play most of it. In high school I ran track and cross country and played basketball and baseball. I attended my first year of college at Utah State University (GO AGGIES!!!) where I loved every second of it. I am preparing to spend the next two years of my life serving the people of Brazil...I just need to learn some portuguese first.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church going every Sunday with parents that were great examples. I always thought the fact that I went to church with my parents was good enough until highschool got in the way. As I hung out more and more with friends who didn't share my beliefs I made a mistake. I tried to tell myself that I would be fine and could handle it by myself. How wrong I was. When I finally mustered up the courage to let my leaders know I was in trouble, I was touched by how willing and even excited they were to help me do what I needed to do to get to where I needed to be. It helped me gain a testimony of this gospel and the forgiveness available to me and anyone else who is looking for it. My testimony has only grown through my life, expanding to include more points of this gospel. I can't picture my life without it anymore and that notion has been reinforced by many personal blessings that I have received along the way.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith by putting a smile on the face of those I come in contact with. More than once I have been asked why I am so happy all of the time and my answer is the gospel. It has blessed my life in so many ways and I try to share those blessings through my attitude.
