Hi I'm Bradlee

I'm a husband. I'm a father of three beautiful girls and one energetic boy. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love being in the mountains and enjoying nature. My family and I love to backpack and camp. We love long road trips across the country as a family. The car time brings us closer together as we laugh, tell stories, listen to music, sing, and read books. I love to work in my yard and garden with my wife and children. Our neighbors can't believe our children love to get out in the yard and work with their parents, but we have always done everything together. To us, working together is just natural. I love sports--playing sports and watching sports. I played basketball growing up and into my adult years. I now coach my son's soccer team.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a life-long member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I have pioneer heritage through some ancestral lines and more recent converts in other lines. But regardless of how long my ancestors were Mormons, they all left a legacy of faith in Jesus Christ that has formed the foundation of my own testimony of Christ. Today, I stand independent in my witness and testimony of that Jesus is the Christ, the son of the living God. Jesus is my Savior and my Redeemer. It is only through the grace of Jesus Christ, made possible by his atoning sacrifice, that I have any chance of being forgiven of my sins and returning to live with God again. I have a sure witness, borne of the Holy Spirit, that the Bible and Book of Mormon are true, that living prophets are once again on the earth, priesthood power and authority has been restored, and Jesus is the only way to return to Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

Being a follower of the Savior Jesus Christ is not simply what I do, but it is what I am. I try each day to live as Jesus would want me to live. I strive to be a good example at work, at home, and in my community. Jesus was always serving others and I try to pattern my life in the same way and serve others in ways that would lighten their burdens, brighten their day, and bring a smile to their face. I'm not always successful, but each day I try to be a little bit better than the day before in following Christ's example. For me, it starts in my home and branches out from there. I do my best to be a good husband and father in my actions, words, and thoughts. I enjoying being a teacher at church and working with young people as they build their own faith in Jesus Christ and in his gospel.
