Hi I'm Abby

I am from Yuba City, California. I am the oldest of four children. I am soon to be a missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 18 years old, and currently a student at a chuch university. I plan on graduating in a few years, but for now I am deferring so that I can go on a mission. I already have my call, and I will be serving the people of Mexico in just a couple of months. I am a pianist, I play the flute--I love to make and listen to music. I also love to play tennis and swim. Plus, I love to be with my friends and family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the Mormon religion. I love the religion and I love the lifestyle that comes with it. There is simply an amazing feeling when you live the gospel. That, plus without Heavenly Father and the promise that I can be with my family even after death, life would be meaningless.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith every day by trying my best to keep high standards. I do my best to be kind to others and avoid participating in activities damaging to my spiritual well-being. Activities including watching R-Rated movies, listening to vulgar music, and spending a lot of time with friends who drag me and my standards down. However, I try to go above and beyond these little things. I volunteer to help with activities in my area, and have been using my musical abilities to help with the children's music at church. I also have had the opportunity to coordinate trips to our temple for the Young Single Adults in my ward at school.
