Hi I'm Coy

I grew up in St. Anthony Idaho. I am a potato farmer with a beautiful family of 5 kids. I am a mormon.

About Me

I am the Father of 5 kids. I grew up on a potato farm in Idaho. I enjoy working with my family on the farm. I served a mission to San Antonio Texas where I learned to speak spanish. I enjoy being able to speak a second language and help communicate with our farm workers who speak spanish. I love being with my wife and kids and spending time watching them in all of their different activities and sports.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because of my belief in the Book of Mormon and my Savior. I know that Joseph Smith truly saw God and Jesus Christ in the sacred grove. I know he was called of God to translate the Book of Mormon and to restore the keys of the Priesthood to the earth. I enjoyed very much serving as a missionary as a young man. My testimony was strengthened greatly through that experience and others I have since had. I am so grateful for my wife and my kids. I have been sealed to them in the temple and know that I will be able to live with them for eternity if I live up to my covenants. I am grateful for that knowledge. I have often thought about how different my life would be if I didn't have a knowledge of the gospel and the plan of salvation.

How I live my faith

I enjoy serving in the gospel whenever I can. I am currently serving on our stake high council and love the fellowship with the other brethren on the council. I love to watch the mormon messages that the church puts out. The gospel gives me a lot of direction and comfort in my life. The plan of salvation helps me to work through difficult times in my life because I can look at things with a different perspective. I love my Savior and know that he died for me and paid the price of my sins. I am so grateful for that. I am grateful to be a member of the true church.
