Hi I'm Andrew Bamanga Attah

I became a Mormon on 15th October 2005. I currently work for a health Charity, as a Receptionist/Clerical Assistant.

About Me

I am a 34 year old single male. I live in a one bedroom flat with my cat. I enjoy watching films, playing pool, football and swimming, I also enjoy cooking and eating good food. I hold the Aaronic Priesthood, which I am enormously privilleged to have. I studied computing at College and then moved on to Social Science. My dream job would be to build sustainable societies in the 3rd World Countries. I look forward to having a family of my own, who would be fully immersed in the Gospel and love.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been Baptised three times in three different Churches, ever since I was a young boy I always Prayed that I would find the true Church, I was given a leaflet which contained the telephone no. to call for the Lamb of God video. I called and the Missionaries visited me and invited me to come and Worship with them, shortly after this I became friends with a guy who was a member of the church, I started attending Church on Sundays. In 2005 I was Baptised. I have not looked back since then, my life has become structured, I feed my Spirit by reading the book of Mormon, and after pondering and Praying, the Holy Ghost has lifted a part of the vale I had and Confirmed to me that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day is God's true Restored Church upon the face of the Earth and that the Book of Mormon is truly God's Word. I bear my Testimony to all who read this, that the things I write here are true, that we have a living Prophet who receives Revelation from Heavenly Father, and that it is all True.

How I live my faith

I attend Church every Sunday, I love partaking of the Sacrament. I have a calling, to be the Mid-Singles adult Rep for Harbourne Ward, Birmingham England Stake and we have meetings on every Thursday of the week. I reguraly go teaching with the Missionaries, I love this as I know I am working for Heavenly Father when I am out with the Missionares. Having Faith for me is very important, as it allows me to overcome most of life's obstacules, It has made me find myself and know who I am and where I fit in in Jesus Christ's Gospel.
