Hi I'm Kiara

From Southern California. Serving in the Arkansas Bentonville Mission. Dance Major at Brigham Young University-Idaho.

About Me

I love sunshine, the ocean, Disneyland, and my wonderful family. I am taking an 18 month break from all those things to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (or the Mormon Church). Although I miss all those things, the people of Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma make it so worth it! I love my mission. Because of it, I have come to know what Grace and Hope and God's love really mean.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because learning about God's plan for me brings much happiness into my life. I can't imagine anything better than living with my Heavenly Father and His Son again. In a world with countless sources telling me who I should be, being a Mormon gives me endless opportunities to learn more about who God is and who He wants me to be. In learning this, I am able to feel His spirit and His matchless love.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to help those around me feel God's love. Serving others brings me great joy, nothing makes me happier than bringing a smile to a friends face. I strive to gain trust from those around me by being honest, kind and helpful. I have been blessed with help from those who love me when I need it, so I work to help those people, and others, in return.
