Hi I'm Jacee

I was born and raised, in Las Vegas, Nevada. I'm the youngest of 8 children. I love my life. I'm a mormon!

About Me

I love my life. It's nothing too exciting, but it's perfect for me. I was in choir in high school and took piano lessons for 10 years. My family is huge and I love it!! I'm the youngest, so I never got to experience having a little brother or sister, but luckily I have some fantastic nieces and nephews to fill that spot. I am studying psychology at Brigham Young University-Idaho. I traveled to Argentina in April of 2013 with my family to visit the people my brother taught while on his mission. Like I said, I love my life. Like a lot! I hope everyone one else can find reasons to love their life just as much as i do.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it feels right. I have never had a bad feeling about the church and I know I never will. That is very comforting to me. When I was baptized at age eight, I knew that what I was doing was right and that Heavenly Father was pleased with my decision. I continue to keep the promises I made at baptism: to take upon myself the name of Jesus Christ, to always remember Him, to keep His commandments, and to serve Him. It all makes sense and confusion is not a word in the gosple. Everything has a reason or an explanation.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being an example and following in Christ's foot steps. I was a counselor once and a president twice in the young women presidencies. I love serving others and helping them come unto Christ. It gives me such a peaceful, happy feeling. I also was in the youth committee and seminary council as a youth. I planned activities such as firesides, dances, and youth conferences. Such a great experience to be a leader in the church and help others come closer to their Father in Heaven.
