Hi I'm Jaynee

I am from Provo Utah. I am a PACU RN. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently a working nurse at a surgery center. I am preparing to serve a mission in Long Beach California. I love meeting new people and learning new things from them. I love any type of adventure that allows me to try new things. I love making yearly goals and doing my best to accomplish them. I love sports. Baseball is the best sport out there in my opinion with football a close second. I enjoy hiking and running.

Why I am a Mormon

I have chosen to be a Mormon because I feel that this gospel is the truth. I have felt it in my heart and know that it is a good thing bringing me closer to Christ. It has grounded me in a world that doesn't provide any steadiness and is constantly changing what is right. It has given me something to hold onto and value knowing that God is a loving God, and wants me to return to Him. Through the atonement of Jesus Christ I can live with God again, and feel the peace that using the atonement provides. I love the Gospel. It provides comfort, peace and joy.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by looking for opportunities to serve those around me. When a the ward needs volunteers I do my best to sign up and be there to show support. I am always willing to serve in any calling believing that the Lord knows best. My favorite calling that I have served in was nursery leader. Teaching and interacting with small children often teaches me how to become more Christ.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

No, we don't. We truly believe in following Christ's example and serving all children of God without differentiation of religion, race, or political view. We have assisted in many disasters that have occurred world wide. Often times the Mormons are part of the first responders and donate many resources. We even continue to donate even after all other support groups have left. We don't expect anything in return for this service and want the world to be a better place. Show more Show less
