Hi I'm Brandy Arnall

I grew up in Virginia. I am a convert. I am a wife and mother.

About Me

I was born and raised in southwestern Virginia in a great, little town called Marion! I was surrounded by both sets of grandparents and all of my aunts, uncles, and cousins. I also have two younger sisters. Growing up, I loved being in band class and played the French horn. When I turned 18 years old, I moved to Morehead, Kentucky to attend Morehead State University. I participated in band and studied history and geography. While I was in Kentucky, I met missionaries from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and decided to be baptized and confirmed. I moved home afterward and took a break from school. I worked in a bakery, as a grocery store cashier,at a cemetery, as a church janitor, and in a cabinet factory during this break from school. It was during this time that I met my future husband at a church activity. We were married in the Washington D.C. temple of our Church in May 2007. The following June we had our first child a daughter. The year following her birth my husband began dental school and for the next four years we live in Cleveland, Ohio. While there we had two sons. We have now transplanted to sunny Arizona for Seth's career. I love being here and being a family.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up going to various Protestant churches with different family members. All of these churches had wonderful people and taught me good lessons that prepared me to hear the fullness of the gospel when the missionaries met me. I am a Mormon because I read the Book of Mormon and seriously prayed to know it was true. The Holy Ghost confirmed to me that it was. The Book of Mormon opened my heart to also learning from the Bible which was something I had hardened my heart to as I progressed into adulthood. I love learning from living prophets as well. I love being able to have so many resources available that teaches me how to be a better neighbor, friend, daughter, mother, and wife. I have seriously grown into a better person since being baptized and confirmed in 2004.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be kind to neighbors and strangers. I also live my faith by attending church regularly. I try to live my faith by serving others at church and at home. I try to keep all the commandments and repent of my sins daily.

Are Mormons Christians?

Brandy Arnall
Mormons are Christians because we accept Jesus Christ as the Son of God, as the leader of our Church, and as our Savior that will come again to the Earth. Show more Show less
