Hi I'm Losili Alusa

I am 21 years old about to embark on an 18 month mission to SLC,West,Utah! I am excited and report on Oct. 23,2013 :)

About Me

My name is Losili Faka Anau'a Ki Tonga Elizabeth. In english it is translated to Rosalie Memories of Tonga Elizabeth. Pretty cool huh? I am an only child. I am full tongan and currently preparing to serve a mission in the SLC West Mission. I am so excited for this new journey and cannot wait to meet those I will be serving. I was born and raised in this true church and never been happier in my life. I have learned so much from being a member of the church and I know my purpose here on earth. We all go through trials and have our moments of weakness, but with the Gospel and having an understanding of it, the trials seem so much easier to bare. It's like this feeling inside of "Oh I get it now"! Kind of like an "Ahah" moment. I have gone through heartache, pain, loneliness and times of guilt. With those feelings I have gained a true understanding of the Savior and that He has taken upon Him the sins of the world. Just having the knowledge of why makes it so much easier to get through life. I have strong testimony of this church and I hope to bring that peace and love to those whom I will serve.

Why I am a Mormon

Why am I Mormon? This church has changed me so much during my years of growing up. It has given me tools and instructions of life or how to live my life. It has given me a purpose for my reason of living and with that I have a strong testimony of it. I love this gospel because it teaches me that no matter where or what I do in life I can always return to Him through faith, repentance and love. This church teaches me how I can use the atonement of Christ in my life and how much fulfilling it is to know my sins can be washed away with proper authority. I want to live righteously not because I have too, but because I WANT TO! I have searched the scriptures with prayer, fasting to know if this church is true and I received my own answer. Seek and ye shall find! This is the true church that will give you peace and a clean slate to return to the presence of the Lord once again

How I live my faith

I am a second counselor in the Relief Society and it's been over a year since I've been called to this calling. I am attending a YSA ward, which is so different from going to a homeward. The transitioning is hard at first because you pretty much grew up in a family ward and going into a YSA ward with all single people your age ONLY can be hard. Although, I have and grown so much from attending a YSA ward. The feeling and learning of the gospel is much different. You get to grow and participate in activities people your age. You create new friendships and bonds with other people the same age that believes in the same morals as you! Having the calling in the Relief Society has become the reason of my desire to serve the Lord. I absolutely r
