Hi I'm Kimbra Lovgren

I'm a lover of my cat, dog, husband and life. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a college graduate, recently married, animal lover, vegetarian, health guru, working girl. I love all things related to summer, the sun, warm weather and water! I crave oranges, a good movie, a walk with my dog, weekends visiting family, and quality time with my husband.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it provides the pathway and mechanisms for me to have a real and reciprocating relationship with our Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ through prayer, scriptural study, service to others, and saving ordinances. It also provides me with opportunities to love and serve people all around me, which strengthens my relationship with our Heavenly Father. I have a testimony that everyone on this Earth is truly a son and daughter of a loving Heavenly Father and we are all brothers and sisters! I have been a Mormon my whole life; at first by situation, and now by choice! Even through the hardest and loneliest times in my life, I know that Heavenly Father was and is there for me. I feel peace when I am kind to others, pray to our Heavenly Father, read my scriptures, serve and love those around me, and make good decisions! This gospel helps keep my life SIMPLE, for that I will forever be grateful. Mostly, I have a testimony of the Atonement of our Savior and Brother, Jesus Christ. I feel humbled and honored to be able to be forgiven of my sins, that I may one day live with my loved ones in the presence of God, He lives!

How I live my faith

I have the opportunity to work with the youth in my ward, primarily the girls. I feel honored to be able to teach them, learn from them, and have fun with them every week! They are faced with many challenges in their lives but they are strong, brave, resilient and have testimonies of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
