Hi I'm Heather Bair

I love to travel. I love spending time with my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have three sisters and no brothers. I love to run, and I participated in cross country and track in high school. Now I am a university student studying Psychology and Economics. I enjoy trying new things - skiing was a wonderful experience but eating raw mussels and caterpillars were not. I love to travel. Recently, I spent four weeks studying business in Europe. After that, I spent several months working for a United States Congressman. I love learning. My favorite thing to do is make people laugh - especially my family!

Why I am a Mormon

My parents are both Mormons. Growing up I attended Mormon church services every Sunday. It was there that I learned about and came to understand why my parents loved being Mormons. At the age of eight, I made the decision to be baptized. Since that day, my desire to be a faithful Mormon has only grown. The gospel of Jesus Christ is what brings joy into my life. I know that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Through Him, we can receive salvation and eternal life. I know that we have a loving Father in Heaven who hears and answers our prayers. He wants to bless us and bring us joy. I love being part of a worldwide church that is united. I know that anywhere I go I can find people who believe the same things I do.

How I live my faith

Currently, I am serving as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. For eighteen months I will have the full-time opportunity to invite people to come unto Christ. In the past I have visited other members of my church on a monthly basis to make sure their needs are being met and to bring them an uplifting message (and sometimes a tasty treat). I love being able to serve those around me as Jesus Christ taught. I love being part of a worldwide church that is united. I know that anywhere I go I can find people who believe
