Hi I'm Madi Fullmer

I'm a military daughter. I'm a college student. I'm an artist, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a military child and have loved being able to experience many of cultures. My favorite area to live has been the southwest with its vibrant culture and warm climate. I am currently going to college studying recreational therapy. I'm excited to be able to help those around me with what I will learn! Though I'm not formally studying art, it is an important part of my life. My favorite type of art to work with is clay. I still find the idea of creating beauty out of a simple thing like clay miraculous, and I am so grateful for the blessing of art as an outlet in my life. In February 2014 I'll be serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Chile Santiago North mission. I can't wait to serve the people of Chile!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it makes me happy. Following the prophet and the Lords commandments have brought great joy into my life! This gospel is based on family and has strength my own family. I know that my God puts us in other peoples lives so that we can be his hands in their lives, he loves us and wants the best for all of his children. I am so grateful for Christ's influence in my life!

How I live my faith

I have the opportunity to serve in my ward as a teacher for the women in my congregation. Even though this is sort scary to me I love being able to share my experiences and testimony with my sisters! I had the opportunity to be over the Young Women in my ward in my last 2 years as a Young Women. It was a wonderful experience and I was able to start to learn to love in a Christ like way. I am thrilled to be able to devote the next 18 months of my life to sharing what I have learned with those in Chile. What a great blessing to be able to completly focus on building faith and serving others!
