Hi I'm Ruth

I love to quilt, read, and bake desserts. I am a stockbroker. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love to quilt. I love dogs. I love reading the Book of Mormon and going to church. I am so grateful that I am able to attend the temple regularly and partake of the special blessings and spirit felt there. I feel so blessed for my wonderful friends and family that are such great examples to me. I know that because of the valiant way I have handled the trials I have gone through thus far, I have been blessed with the things I enjoy today. Namely, my wonderful husband. Heavenly Father does want to bless us and I know that by praying to Him and doing what is right we give Him the opportunity to do so.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the Church. There have been times when I wasn't as committed to the Gospel as I am now, however there is no way I could deny the blessings I have received in my life due to my dedication to do what the Lord asks of me and responding to that call. I know that Heavenly Father listens to all our prayers and he loves us in spite of our imperfections. I feel truly blessed to have the Gospel in my life and the wonderful person it helps me become.

How I live my faith

I strive to be a daily example our Savior. I want those around me to know Jesus Christ first by my example of His attributes, then because they have a desire to have the same relationship with Him that I have. If practice makes permanence and that can lead to perfection. Then I ask you this, what qualities are you perfecting? If you don't like something, change it now. It is never too late. I'm not perfect now, but I will be one day.
