Hi I'm Morgan

I'm a Mormon

About Me

I love life. I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, learning. I just graduated from college and I'm now a registered nurse. I love to run and I am currently training for a half marathon. I love my family with all my heart, and I am so blessed that I get to spend all eternity with them. I have been a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints all my life and I am so thankful for all the opportunities I have been given.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of the pure and real happiness it has brought to my life. There is a feeling of peace that the knowledge of this gospel brings that nothing else on earth can. I know that I have a Heavenly Father that loves and knows me, as well as every individual that has ever lived or will ever live. I know this because He sent His son, Jesus Christ, to come to this earth and die for the sins of all mankind. I know that Jesus Christ descended below all things so that He can bring us back to Heavenly Father. Jesus has felt every pain, sorrow, heartache, sadness and hopelessness that has ever been felt. He knows each of us so perfectly and is always there reaching out to us when we need Him. I know that because of this atonement that I, if I live according to the commandments of Heavenly Father and make the covenants necessary, will one day be able to return to the Lord's presence. I know that the reason I am here on earth in this mortal body is to learn. To learn things that could be learned no other way. I know that Heavenly Father has a great plan for all of His children and that the ultimate result of this plan is for us to find our way back to Him and accept Him and His teachings. I know that Heavenly Father speaks to us through our living prophet Thomas S. Monson, and that we receive revelation through him in this day and age. This knowledge brings such peace to my soul. That is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I think the greatest testament to how I live my faith is in everyday actions. Each day I try to live as Christ would, I try to keep His commandments and always uphold his teachings at all times, in all things and in all places. I try to live the gospel each day, not just on Sundays.
