Hi I'm Olivia Traasdahl

I'm studying Psychology at BYU. I love yoga, running, and riding my longboard. And, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

The most important thing to me is my family. I have two awesome older brothers and two amazing parents. I love spending time with them more than anything. I love to do stuff in the great outdoors, like hike, run, etc. I am a huge nerd. I love to learn, and I love being a part of fandoms such as Harry Potter and Doctor Who. I love traveling and learning about different cultures.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that this Church is true. I know that it teaches the Gospel that our Savior Jesus Christ taught when he was on the Earth, and that it has been restored today. I have been blessed so much by being a member of this church and keeping the commandments. I know that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ. Not only has the power of the Holy Ghost testified to me that this church is true, but it also makes sense. Everything just makes sense. The Book of Mormon and the Bible go hand in hand. The Book of Mormon helps explain concepts in the Bible that other churches misinterpret. The coming of the Book of Mormon is even foretold in the Bible in Isaiah 29. I know that this church is true and I can feel the love that my Heavenly Father and my Savior have for me.

How I live my faith

I'm not perfect, but I try my best to "do what Jesus would do". We believe that we are all children of God, and I try to reflect that in my actions. I keep certain standards set by the church such as not smoking, drinking, etc because I know that my body is a gift from a loving Heavenly Father, and I want to take care of it.
