Hi I'm Keegan Taylor

I live in California. I will be serving a mission in Medillin, Colombia in October 2013. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a sports fanatic. I have played almost every sport there is and love everyone of them. My main sport is soccer. After I serve my lds mission in Colombia I will be attending BYU Hawaii as an Exercise Science major with the intent of being a Physical Therapist. Jeffrey R. Holland is my favorite apostle to hear speak during conference. During the summer I wakeboard and during the winter I snowboard. I am told that I am a very easy person to get a long with. I love hanging out with my friends and going to the beach with them. Right now i am learning I am learning Spanish in my mission. Ya estoy aprendiendo español durante mi misión.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member my whole life. I grew up in the church and will have my future kids grow up in the church. I know and can testify to anyone that this is the true church and the book or Mormon is true. Growing up the Church I always listened to everyone say about how everything is true but I really wanted to know if it was all true for myseld. I did as the Book of Mormon says in the Introduction. I read, pondered in my heart, and prayed to know it if was true. I testify to everyone that I did infact receive a testimony and an answer that the Book of Mormon is true and that this is the only true church on the face of the earth. I love being a Mormon and following all the standards and rules the church has put out. I know that living them to the full extent not straying in any way will the severely bless the lives of anyone. It has blessed my life and continues to do so. I'm a Mormon. I know it. I live it. I love it.

How I live my faith

When I was 13 I became an Eagle Scout through the scouting program that the church encourages boys to start at age 8. Even though I have finished my time in the scouting program I still volunteer to help the younger scouts with any activities that come up. I live by commandments of God. I am excited to be preaching the Gospel that I know to be true to the people of Colombia in the spanish language. I try to live in accordance with the commandments of God and because of that my life has been extremely blessed and so has my family.
