Hi I'm Tannar

Vegas is home & its impossible to frown at the lake or the beach! I see the world much easier through a lens & I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am currently serving in the Salt Lake City West mission. I was born in New Zealand, moved to Hawaii & then to Vegas all around the age of 7. Full kiwi & full of life! Kia Kaha! I grew up playing basketball & just about anything else that could get me to move. Anything with water I am drawn to. I'm the happiest at the lake or beach, but only truly happy when others around me are smiling or having a good ole time. I love to have fun, joke around, & make others smile, but most importantly I love the Savior & know that He is the foundation to everything in my life. I know this Gospel is true, & that I can not deny.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a mormon because I choose to follow Jesus Christ. It is through faith & action that has led me to repentance or the want & need to change, & by so doing has lead me to the Savior & his teachings. I now live my life in accordance with the Savior & His Gospel, & even though life still knocks me down & will continue to do so, I get back up & will get back up every time, determined to do my best until the end. I have read the Book of Mormon & gained a testimony of Joseph Smith. I simply know that these things are true & you can to. Pray to Heavenly Father & you to will know.

How I live my faith

“A man filled with the love of God, is not content with blessing his family alone, but ranges through the whole world, anxious to bless the whole human race.” - Joseph Smith Jr. I live my faith by serving God. Serving a mission is one of the hardest things I have ever done, but the most rewarding all at the same time. No amount of strife is worth giving up the Gospel for. I believe that will all my heart, & because I believe and love it, I am now privileged to share it with others.
