Hi I'm Ashley

I grew up in Idaho. I have 9 brothers and sisters. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am the second oldest of 10 kids. I am living with my family until I leave for my mission. After my mission I plan on going to college and someday getting married and starting a family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that this is His church. I know its teachings are true and that our prophet, Thomas S. Monson, speaks for the Lord and runs His church. I know that Joseph Smith Jr. translated the Book of Mormon which was written by prophets of old. I know that Jesus Christ was crucified for our sins and rose from the grave on the third day, breaking the bonds of death. I know that we are all children of God and that He loves each of us equally. I know I can receive revelation through the Holy Ghost.

How I live my faith

Every Sunday I spend my time in the Nursery helping to teach and care for the kids in the ward.

What is being a Mormon like?

Being a Mormon is a huge blessing in my life. I am able to understand God's plan not only for me, but for all of His children. Having this knowledge brings me happiness; I know that I will see my loved ones again and spend eternity with them. I know that every trial has an end, no matter how long it may take. I know that I have a purpose here on earth and being a Mormon is helping me strive to fulfill that purpose. Show more Show less
