Hi I'm George

Born and raised in Utah, own and operate a full service independent insurance brokerage. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have a lovely eternal companion of 23 years and four wonderful children. Our oldest son was recently called to serve an LDS mission to Kobe, Japan. Our teenage daughter attends school and works hard, and our two younger boys keep us hopping every day. They are the reason for our being and we love them very much. I enjoy a round of casual golf, taking the family and friends out on the boat and vacationing with family and friends. We like to keep it pretty simple.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, but like anyone gothing through the child to adolencent to adult progression, I had to find out for myself that the beliefs and principles that I grew up with were right for me. Now, I'm not trying to be selfish--but there comes a time in anyone's life when you need to look deep inside yourself and really understand who you are, why you are here on this earth, and what happens after we die. I've always been a firm believer in Jesus Christ and an avid searcher of His true church. In the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, I believe I have found that church with true beliefs, principles and orinances that will help me, and my family, get the most out of our lives on this earth and the abililty to achieve true happiness in this life and the life to come.

How I live my faith

I've been a member of the "Mormon" church all my life. I served an LDS mission in Toronto, Canada and have remained a faithful member my whole life. I love the principles and teachings of the LDS Church and strive my hardest to live those principles every day. For me, there really isn't a distinction between a "regular life" and a "religious life." You should live your life every day and conduct yourself in a manner every day that will bring you the most joy and happiness in this life and a ton of hope and failth for the life to come.
