Hi I'm Kepueli Huhane

Pure Tongan, all day, everyday. I'm funny (i think i am.. am i??),a bookworm, volleyball player. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am a Tongan from Tonga, Kahoua, Liahona, Tongatapu (Other Side of Heaven). :) I love reading, writing, playing volleyball and being weird with friends. I love music, singing and being weird while dancing. I do photography, video editing, photo editing (photoshop) and whatever produces a good laugh. Tongans know how to have a great time. I speak fluent Tongan, English, Gibberish and Nonsense. I'm the oldest of 7, 3 brothers, 3 sisters. Got amazing parents. Love them to death. I love my family. Lets just say, respect my family and we are good. I am down with whatever as long as it is in my standards and Church standards. I stand for the truth and will die for the truth, especially the truth of the restored gospel. I live for the gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I don't just believe in the gospel, I know it to be true. My parents saw it to be true and correct, and see fit that I should be raised in it, and I found out for myself that my parents are right, that God is my, our Heavenly Father. I stand and echo the words of Nephi in 1 Nephi 1:1, " I, Nephi, (Kepueli), having born of goodly parents, therefore I was taught somewhat in all the learnings of my father." I know that Church is true. And nobody can convince me otherwise.

How I live my faith

I grew up in the church it has been AMAZING. I had a great childhood and rough teenage years(as most of everyone does). At the time my faith was at its weakest, I was tested and it was a struggle. But having the foundation build on Christ as said in Helaman 5:12, I was able to withstand this storm of challenges and come out a better, stronger person in both mental sense and spiritual-wise too.

Who was Joseph Smith?

Kepueli Huhane
Joseph Smith is a prophet of God. Notice that I said, "is", present tense. He was a prophet during his time on Earth, and he still is a prophet, in the next life. Just as Noah, Abraham, Moses etc etc. It is through him, that Christ "restored" His Church once again, to the Earth. Show more Show less

Do Mormons regard the Bible as Holy Scripture and the word of God?

Kepueli Huhane
Yes, we the members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints believe the Bible to be Holy Write, we regard it scripture. Studying the Bible, the Old and New Testament strengthened my testimony of the reality, divinity of the Jesus of Nazareth. I love the Bible for it represents the dedication, the sacrifices of stalward men and women who gave their life, their everything to ensure that they persuade and point all mankind to the source of salvation which is Christ Jesus. He truly is the Emmanuel told of by Isaiah, the prophesied Messiah of the Old Testament and Jesus of Nazareth whom Moses prophesied of in Deut 18:18. When this question was asked in John 1:45-46 “And Nathanael said unto him, Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth? Philip saith unto him, Come and see.” Yes, good comes of Nazareth, the Truth, the Life and the Way came from Nazareth. This is but one of the many reasons why I believe the Bible to be Holy Scripture. Show more Show less
