Hi I'm Preslee

I grew up in Orem, Utah. I love to tap dance my little heart out. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a single gal, who loves to sing, and tap dance. I'm an Esthetician(skin care) and I love to make people feel beautiful. I also love to paint and to draw, and the kid in me, loves to color with crayons in coloring books every once in awhile. I have 5 neices and 2 nephews whom I love dearly and love to spoil them as much as I can. I love to spend time with my family. One of my favorite things to do with them is to go out to the movies. I love being outdoors, rock climbing, camping, hiking, biking, etc. and living in Utah, I have all the mountains and wilderness that I can enjoy. I also love to bake, and try new recipes.

Why I am a Mormon

I've been a member of this church my whole life, but wasn't truly converted till I was about 17. At age 17 I was diagnosed with epilepsy, I wasn't born with it, and no one in my family has it because it's usually heretitary. I wondered why I got it now and why this was happening to me. To this day the doctors still don't know why I have it. But it really tested my faith and I had to really rely and trust in God that everything was going to be okay. A lot of prayers were said, and my relationship with my Heavenly Father has strengthened so much since then. I love this Gospel so much! My faith in Jesus Christ grows more and more each day as I continue to pray, and to study the scriptures, and partake of the sacrament each sunday. I am reminded of the sacrifice Jesus has made for me, for all of us. I know that families are so important and am so grateful to have that knowledge, that I will be able to live with them again after this life and for eternity.

How I live my faith

I've served in many leadership positions in the church, and I love serving my friends and neighbors. As a leader I got to participate in many different service activities, including making baby blankets for the childrens hospital in my town, helping our elderly neighbors with their yard work, and helped clean houses to those who were not able to do it themselves. I've taught sunday school to the little kids in our church, and have helped tend the little toddlers while the parents got to go to sunday school.
