Hi I'm Aubreigh

I am an avid reader and love traveling and experiencing other's cultures. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I love to run and to soak up the sun by hiking, swimming, and biking! I'm working on my undergraduate degree in Economics and I lovethe beautiful mountains and canyons that are right in the backyard of campus! The mountains are particularly gorgeous in the fall when the leaves are changing colors! It reminds me of my home in the northeast. My family is very important to me and I am happiest when we are together and I am cuddling with one of my neices or nephews!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because my faith in this gospel has given me much hope and understanding about who I really am and what my purpose on Earth is. I am a daughter of God, and he has sent me to this Earth to have joy and to learn and grow. Through the Old and New Testamant as well as the Book of Mormon, I have been blessed to understand that I have a Savior, my brother Jesus Christ, who Atoned for all the sins of the world. Because he paid for my sins, I am able to be clean and worthy to return to live in his presence again with my family forever. Understanding God's plan for his children on the Earth gives me a perspective that all experiences are for my good and I have a responsibility to choose to follow God's commandments and emulate my Savior Jesus Christ in all that I do. I'm grateful to have living prophets on the Earth who have taught and continue to teach the will of the Lord and how I can become more Christlike. I am so grateful for my testimony that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is true and that my Heavenly Father loves me and guides me when I seek out his help in sincere prayer. I love this gospel!

How I live my faith

I love to talk with others about the strength that my faith in Christ and my Heavenly Father give me. When I or any of my friends and family are struggling, I think that it's important to step back and consider what God is trying to teach me or them, or perhaps how the difficulty can be overcome. I have felt strengthened and uplifted when I pray for guidance and comfort when I am struggling in school, with my relationships with others, or where to take my schooling. I know that Heavenly Father has blessed my life with the friends and family I have, so I seek out opportunities to serve others when I see a need. I know that God is aware of who I am and my struggles and successes! He is eager to lend me a helping hand.
