Hi I'm Kaylee

I coach basketball, am a college student, and I love people. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I love being with people! I love all the opportunities that I have to get to know people, at school, at work, and through various church programs. I love to spend time with my friends and family! I also love to play sports and be active. It never ceases to amaze me how many opportunities our Heavenly Father gives us to be happy, so why not take them all?

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ have come to the earth and established their church on the earth again by calling a prophet to be their mouthpiece. I am a Mormon because it makes me feel true joy as I live the standards of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints. I am a Mormon because I know that my Heavenly Father loves me and this is how I can return to live with Him someday. I am a Mormon, because I can find comfort through the knowledge I receive as through this restored gospel. I am a Mormon because as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, I can follow the living prophet Thomas S. Monson as he receives latter day revelation from our Heavenly Father. I am a Mormon because this gospel is good, and it brings me peace and pure joy.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by continually making improvements. As I learn about our Savior and his gospel, I want to be a better person and grow stronger. As I repent and turn to Him I know that I can receive His strength in time of need. When I feel I have failed, I know that there is a lesson to be learned and that I have come off stronger than before. I also live my faith by keeping the promise that I made when I was baptized, to serve and support others as the Savior would. I know that there are so many opportunities for us to be instruments in the Lord's hands by helping others.

Are Mormons Christians?

Although we are commonly known as Mormons, we are the Church of JESUS CHRIST of Latter-day Saints. We are in everyway Christian. I am so grateful for the knowledge that I have that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Redeemer. That through Him I can find true peace and happiness. "Remember that there is no other way nor means whereby man can be saved, only through the atoning blood of Jesus Christ, who shall come; yea, remember that he cometh to redeem the world."
