Hi I'm Dale Abono

I'm a self-employed steel detailer, an old chevy muscle car enthusiast, love fishing, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a husband, father, grandfather. I'm a lone-wolf kind of person, doing most things myself. I have re-built, restored '67 Camaros and a couple old Malibu's. Pretty much always owned old chevy's. I like working on my own house, doing my own labor. I have restored two houses, one an old Victorian. I still like learning new things.

Why I am a Mormon

As a convert to the church, I found meaning and purpose here. I have lived the lowest lows and the highest highs. There is a reason people stay with this church - its true, simple as that. I have discovered that I have a Father in heaven who loves me and a Savior who loves me. I never need to feel alone.

How I live my faith

My family is most important to me. My wife and I have three children, two grandchildren, and they mean the world to me. I try to live my life as an example, the best I know how. I serve in my church in missionary work. I have held many volunteer positions and have felt very good about all of them. My faith rounds out my life; it gives my life purpose and meaning.
