Hi I'm Dan

I live in THE Ohio, I'm a DIY junkie, my family is my hobby, I want to be true at all times, I'm a Mormon

About Me

I'm a father of 5 fantastic kids, one beautiful bride, and no pets. I work for a multinational company doing project and new product development globally. I spend tons of my free time in church service or doing improvement projects around our home or for others. I don't believe there is something I can't do if I just get a little help and understanding. My kids are amazing, they help with so much. My wife is the best thing to happen to me since Jesus Christ. She helps me be better every day. I used to play basketball all the time but now just don't find the time.

Why I am a Mormon

I always had faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ, but when I spent my time preparing to serve full time in missionary service, I really had to know the truth. I had such an experience that I will never be able to deny it. I know the Book of Mormon is the word of God, and in companionship with the Bible is a foundation to build on. I had the opportunity to teach youth in gospel study for a few years, and I grew to really love the old testament. What amazing stories and examples of families and temples. This is part of why I am a Mormon and why I believe that I should always live true at all times in whatsoever thing I am entrusted.

How I live my faith

I have found great joy in helping to teach and train in the church. I spend so much time in volunteer service because it makes me happy to see others light up and internalize gospel principles. I served a mission in Norway and I will eternally be grateful to those people for letting me be a part of that amazing nation. The faith I have in Jesus Christ and our Father in heaven drives me daily. Waking up early to study and pray as a family, what I listen to, the language I use, the thoughts I try to have, the integrity at work, and the desire to return to my family are all driven by my desire to be prepared to return to my Father in heaven. I have taught youth and worked with them for nearly 20 years. In one form or another my volunteer service has always involved the youth. Teaching, bible study, scouting or other roles, they have always been blessed by being around the rising generation.
