Hi I'm Gary

I was born and raised in Wellsville, Utah. I attended schools in Wellsville, and graduated from Utah State University.

About Me

I am a father and have four children, a grandfather of eleven and one great grand child. I enjoy growing a garden where we grow vegetables for our own needs and to share with my neighbors. I spend many hours in summer months working in the yard in flower beds and mowing lawns. I enjoy and work with Family history and also daily work on the internet doing Indexing for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Over the years I have had the opportunity to serve in many different capacities in the church including in bishoprics, ward clerks, executive secretaries and served in the temple as an ordinance worker.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day saints because of the truths and the values that are part of that faith. I believe in the family, a mother and father and children, grandchildren and we are now having great grandchildren that we will be together with throughout eternity. Our church also believes in helping others in times of need and on a daily basis. Each week we have the opportunity to attend church, and continue to learn of our Savior Jesus Christ and learn of his love for each of us and the things that he has given to me and to our family.

How I live my faith

I am an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and attend weekly church meeting. I am a home teacher and visit and help three families within the ward, I also have an assignment in my ward to visit with new members of the ward and help those with whom I associate. I serve in the capacity of Bulletin Specialist and prepare the ward bulletin for each Sunday's meetings. I have the opportunity to teach periodically throughout the year.
