Hi I'm Nathan Adams

I've lived in Southern California all of my life. I love to try new things and meet new people. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have played basketball, soccer, dodgeball, and baseball on teams in school and in the community. However, that is not all. I also like to swim, surf, play rugby, tennis, golf, volleyball, football, badminton and just about any other sport you can name. I guess you could say that I dabble in many sports and hobbies as I like to learn new things and try out new things. Drama is also a passion of mine that I started last year that brings me a lot of joy.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because not only have I been raised in this church, but also I have taken the steps necessary to find out for myself if Mormonism is true. As I will be going on a mission soon, I wanted to make sure I was going not just because my parents and my church wanted me too, but because I wanted to. I wanted to make sure I had my own testimony of this church. I prayed a lot and read the scriptures and found that a major part of my testimony and why I believed came from the experiences that I had of feeling the Holy Ghost or Spirit of God. These feelings of warmth and joy helped confirm to me that the things of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints were of God and were also true.

How I live my faith

I go to church every week and I am preparing to be a missionary by serving now as a Ward Missionary in which I help the missionaries in my area teach others in our church, active and not so active, and investigators of our church. I hometeach some families in my church once every month, as well.
