Hi I'm Charlee Howe

I love being a big sister and a daughter. Someday I'd like to be a motivational speaker. I love the Gospel. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm from beautiful, sunny Arizona. I'm the oldest of five kids with a great mom and dad. I love them more than anything. I love spending time chatting with my parents and building forts in the living room with my little sisters and brother. There are my best friends. Right now, I am serving a full time mission in Oregon and I love that, too. I miss sushi dates with my sisters and family movie nights but there is no where else I would rather be then right here. I have felt my Savior's love and mercy towards me. Because of that, I have a love for the rest of Heavenly Father's children. I love being able to share that hope-filled message.

Why I am a Mormon

I love this church. I love that we are taught that we can be a family forever. That is the most important thing to me. The Atonement of our Savior, Jesus Christ, is another pivotal part of the this church. We are taught that though it is our obligation to be as perfect as possible, we will make mistakes. And that is okay. Through our faith in Christ we can be forgiven of our sins and comforted in times of need. What a powerful promise.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to smile everyday. I live my faith by remembering Christ and the love had for each of us. I try to show that love to everyone I come in contact with every day.

How are modesty and chastity related? How can parents teach their children to be modest in dress, language and behavior?

Charlee Howe
Modesty and chastity are so closely related. When we dress modestly, speak modestly, and act modestly, it asks for the respect a child of Heavenly Father deserves. It asks for people to see beyond our outward appearance and see the good that we all have. The best way to teach, is by example. We must first respect and revere ourselves and then teach it.
