Hi I'm Emmanuel De Jesus

I'm from New York City, Love the gospel, Basketball, Baseball and video games. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like playing sports. Team Handball, Basketball, Baseball, and Soccer. Like to play video games, and love Pokemon. Interested in computer science or dentistry, not sure yet! I like college life, and I'm very independent when it comes to getting things done. I plan to go sky diving some day because that sounds awesome! I like to help people in any way I can. I like to dance, and I'm interested in Traveling to different parts of the world at some point in life, especially Brazil!

Why I am a Mormon

I love and live the gospel, and am always grateful for the blessings the lord gives me, Being a member of the church can sometimes be hard, but if you put your faith in the lord, do many good things of your own free will, help and serve others with a sincere heart, then you will see how much the Lord can help and guide you throughout your life.

How I live my faith

I like to Lead by example, I like doing service projects in my community because it's a chance to learn and grow. Right now I'm serving a full time mission, because I have the desire to share the gospel with people far away and show them how much it can bless their lives.

In whom should we have faith?

Emmanuel De Jesus
In our Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and The Holy Ghost. It goes beyond just believing in Them. Having faith in God Includes trusting Him, having confidence in Him, and to be willing to act on your belief in Him. Having faith In God includes faith in His timing. One must also have faith in oneself. It's not about simply asking God to help you and that's it. It's about going out and about working hard for that goal you need Heavenly Father to help you with because faith without works is dead. Show more Show less
