Hi I'm Jandi

I'm a Southern Utah native. I love cats, waffles, and choosing the right! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student studying Political Science, with aspirations to attend Law School. I love rain, spending time outside, hanging out with my friends, and watching movies. I am the oldest of three kids, and have a younger brother and sister. I love to travel and try new things, especially when it comes to food! I love jamming out to music in the car, quoting movies, and eating junk food. And I'm a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

There have been many times in my life where I have felt like I am not loved, not cared for, or worth much. I have felt the heavy weight of many burdens on my shoulders, and felt like I couldn't carry on. But it was in these times of hardship where I have discovered the true and pure love of our Savior Jesus Christ. Through my own experiences I have been able to feel my Savior's love for me, and know that He has a plan for me. Through His infinite atonement, he has been able to lift the burdens off my shoulders and provide me with the strength to overcome my trials and weaknesses. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because of the peace and comfort it gives me in a crazy and unstable world. I know our Savior loves each and every one of us. His gospel is real, and his love is for all. He is always there to comfort us and provide us with the strength to carry on. He has a plan for each of us, and through repentance, baptism, and other ordinances, we can return to live with Him again in glory.

How I live my faith

Ever since an early age I have been involved with leadership in the church. I have helped plan many youth activities, such as movie nights, cook-offs, camp-outs, and service projects. I have also served on youth councils, and have been able to share my testimony in many different ways. I have served as a teacher, and now serve as a missionary. Through visiting teaching I have been able to meet many wonderful women who have inspired me and helped to strengthen my own testimony. Because of my many and various church callings, I have grown to love the people I have worked with and love serving them.
