Hi I'm Danika

I enjoy eating baked goods, I like movies, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated with my Bachelor's degree in Child Development. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, playing frisbee, watching movies, and listening to music.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it's the thing that brings me the most lasting joy. Being a Mormon has been the greatest blessing in my life! Living the things that I have been taught have helped me to find joy in serving others, obeying God's commandments, getting to know my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ on a personal level, and all other things associated with the gospel.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending ward activities and by helping to build up the other members in my ward through visits and friendship.

What blessings can we receive through the gift of the Holy Ghost?

Danika
I know that I receive blessings through the gift of the Holy Ghost by receiving direction for my life and also peace and comfort in my daily activities. Life is hard, so having the guidance and direction from the Holy Ghost helps it to be a little easier. I rely on the influence of the Holy Ghost to give me answers to my prayers and to help me know what God's will is for me. When I feel the Holy Ghost, I feel a sense of peace and comfort to help me know that a choice I made is the right choice. The Holy Ghost is also something that helps to warn me of trouble ahead. Even something as simple as having a thought to grab a jacket before leaving the house, not listening to that thought, and then ending up cold later on helps me to recognize that Heavenly Father cares about the little things in my life and wants to help me with everything. That is why having the gift of the Holy Ghost and listening to the promptings we receive is so important. Show more Show less
