Hi I'm Ashley

I'm a scientist. I'm a wife. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a student in a Medical Laboratory Sciences program. I love genetics. With my education I can help others by learning what made them sick, and help aid diagnosis and treatment. I can't wait to graduate and become a med tech. As much as I want to be a med tech, I want to be a mother even more. My husband and I were married in the Salt Lake City temple, and we can't wait to start our own family.

Why I am a Mormon

I rely on my Heavenly Father. The first main time was when I went to a high school not in my home town. God helped me learn as I read the scriptures and attended seminary that I am His daughter and am of great worth to Him. When I moved to college I felt very alone as my roommates had very different lifestyles than me. My Heavenly Father taught me again through the scriptures and prayer that He was aware of my situation, my feelings, and that I would never be forgotten. When I moved out of state and attended other Christian meetings, I saw how I could feel the Holy Spirit in those meetings, but something was lacking. When I went to Sacrament meetings I realized that only The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints had the priesthood and God's organization to carry out His works on the earth today. I rely on the Lord to make my marriage eternal. I am a Mormon so my marriage and future family can be a family throughout eternity.

How I live my faith

I follow the example of my mother. She taught me whenever someone asked for help, to never turn them down.
