Hi I'm Dallin

I come from the beautiful state of Utah. I am a lover, I am a dreamer, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play basketball, soccer, and golf. My passion is music and I play instruments including the guitar, the piano, and the viola. I just graduated from high school and, after my mission, I will begin my education at Brigham Young University in Provo.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know without a shadow of a doubt that this church is true. I love the Lord, and as I prepare to depart and serve my Savior for the next couple of years, it is my humble testimony that He lives. I know that God lives and loves each and every one of us. He spoke to His children in the days of old and we have a record of those teachings in the Bible and the Book of Mormon. I know that they are true. I know that the Book of Mormon is the Word of God upon the earth today and that Joseph Smith was a true prophet who restored the fullness of the gospel to the earth in these latter days. I know that this church is God’s church on the earth today, and it is the true gospel of Jesus Christ. I testify that God continues to speak to His children today through His living prophet, Thomas S. Monson. I know that Jesus Christ was born and lived and lives again, that through the miracle of His atonement we might gain eternal life in the kingdom of our God. I love this gospel with all of my heart, and I know it to be true. May we each strive to sanctify ourselves and increase in the testimony of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

Before I was called on a mission, I was the priesthood music coordinator in our ward. This meant I was in charge of the music during priesthood meetings, including finding a pianist and chorister. I also taught 10 and 11 year olds in the primary. I will now be serving a full time mission for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Norway for the next two years. I will learn the Norwegian language and live among the people of Norway, sharing the gospel to as many as will listen.
