Hi I'm Todd

I am happily married, I have 5 children, I am an ER doctor, I love to ride my bike with the family and OSU football

About Me

I work in the emergency department, I have 6 wonderful children and my daughter has special needs. I love her very much and I know that my Heavenly Father has sent her to live with us for a purpose. It is difficult to juggle my job, my church obligations, and family time, but I know if I follow follow the counsels of the modern day prophet, I will be doing what my Father in Heaven wants me to do.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because I know that this church contains the fullness of Christ's gospel. I know there is not other path by which we can return to our Heavenly Father as a family without the saving ordinances of baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, Temple worship and being sealed together as a family. When things are not going right around me, I remember that Heavenly Father put us on this earth to have experiences and overcome challenges and that all things are part of His eternal plan of happiness for us.

How I live my faith

I live my faith everyday by participating in family and person scripture study, and by praying with my family over meals and before we go to bed. We are involved with the Sunday worship services, my children participate in the youth Sunday school and my wife teaches a sunday school class for teenagers. I have the opportunity to visit other congregations on a monthly basis to give talks about different gospel topics. I have a leadership role in the local congregations and help others to fulfill their callings and provide support when needed. The gospel is very important to me in my everyday life and I enjoy living the gospel principles and standards.
