Hi I'm Hayley

I grew up in Utah. I am 20 years old and preparing to serve a mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 20 years old and just recently finished all my general education classes. I am going to continue my schooling hoping to go into teaching. I love to help others and I love to be around kids. I have been a nanny for the past year and love it! In my free time I love to be active and outside, I really enjoy to run, bike, hike and LOVE to go boating or to go and swim! When I'm not outside I really enjoy to read, all kinds of books. Whether its Harry Potter, a bibliography, or one of my personal favorites The Book of Mormon. The Book of Mormon has really helped me learn and to strengthen my testimony!

Why I am a Mormon

I am mormon because I choose to be. This gospel has brought and continues to bring so much happiness to me. Being born into an LDS family I don't have an awesome conversion story to share, but what I do have is my very own testimony. My testimony may be simple but it is what I know and believe to be true. I know that this is the only true church here on earth today. Joseph Smith was a true prophet and translated The Book of Mormon and without him we would not have our restored church. I know that Thomas S. Monson is the true prophet that leads and guides us today. I am so grateful to learn and know that our families can be sealed together forever, and that there is life after death. I know that our Heavenly Father gave us the ability to use our free agency and to help us learn and grow to understand the importance of the atonement. I know that without this gospel I would not be who I am today. I am mormon because I know this is what I believe and not only what I want in my life but what I need in my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church every Sunday and staying involved with my callings. I leave on August 7, 2013 to go serve in the Washington D.C South Mission. I am so excited to share my knowledge and my testimony with those that either need help strengthening their own testimony, or with those that are ready to gain their own.
