Hi I'm Brian

I'm from Placerville CA. I am a tree farmer. I'm in Search and Rescue. I love to work on cars, play banjo, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm from a small farm in a small town. I was attending BYU-Idaho to become an electrical engineer but I am taking two years off from college to serve the Lord on a mission in Federal Way, Washington. I love to work on cars. In particular old Toyota Land Cruisers. I fly R/C airplanes. My family sells fruit and Christmas trees. I love the outdoors. I spend a lot of time in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. I am a member of my local sheriff's office Search and Rescue teem. I am an Eagle Scout.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have come to know through the power of the Holy Spirit that this gospel is true. There is nothing greater that it in all the world there is nothing that brings more joy that to know that Jesus is the Christ. He suffered and died so we can become clean and return to our Father in Heaven. He loves us and He is there for us. He has called Prophets to guide us through the storms of the world. He called the Prophet Joseph Smith to help restore the fullness of His gospel. He brought forth the Book of Mormon to be a second witness that Jesus is the Christ. I know the Book of Mormon is true and that it contains the fullness of Christ's gospel. It can bring you closer to God than any other book. God has an eternal plan for us and if we put our trust in Christ, there is nothing in this world we have to fear.

How I live my faith

I am leaving tomorrow to serve a mission for the Lord in Federal Way, Washington. It is a huge sacrifice for me pause my education and leave my home and family and friends and go to a strange place to teach the message of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that these sacrifices are worth it. I have spent my whole life preparing so I would be worthy and able to serve a mission.
