Hi I'm Chelsea

I play Uno with my family every week. I love bubbles. I am a singer/songwriter. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love bubbles! Actually, I love just having fun in general! I work as a nanny and I love it. I have a dog named Sophie, and she keeps all of my secrets safe. I have three sisters... and no brothers. My mom and dad are some of the most loving people you could ever meet. I play the piano, which drives them all crazy, mainly because that's all I want to do, at any hour of the day (or night). I love to write music. I've always enjoyed singing and making up songs. I sing almost everywhere I go, which has caused for a couple of weird glances at the grocery store.. ;) For me, lyrics and concepts always seem to be floating around in my brain, and it wasn't until I started playing instruments that my dreams began grow.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love this gospel. In a world that may leave me alone and afraid, the gospel of Jesus Christ offers me more. I am a Mormon not only because it gives me hope in a rainstorm and light in the dark, but also because I have been given personal confirmation of the truth that lies within its teachings. I'm a Mormon because I believe in happiness, true happiness that can only be found in the pure and true gospel of Jesus Christ. I'm a Mormon because I know it is true, I can feel this knowledge burning in my heart as I strengthen my relationship with my Father in Heaven. I have asked Him if it's true, and I get my answer again and again, each day. It's true, I know it.

How I live my faith

Life is made up of moments. I believe that these moments are what matter the most. Each and every one of us wake up in the morning and make a choice. We can choose to do good, or we can choose not to. I know that as I have made good choices in my life, I have felt the love of God enter into my heart, and it makes me want to do more! I think that living your faith is being brave, showing love to one another, having compassion towards everyone, and following the commandments given to us by the Most High God. I strive to do these things each day.
