Hi I'm Ben

I grew up in Pleasant View Utah. I enjoy musical theater, jazz piano, and collecting comic books. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi, my name is Ben. I am eighteen years old and love my life. I have been teaching piano lessons for three years but have put it off to serve my mission in Sapporo, Japan. My hobbies include musical theater, baseball, golf, piano, and collecting comic books.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this church by two loving parents. My father taught me by example, and my mother showed me how to be kind, respectful, and loving. When I was in 9th grade, I began to ponder of the truthfulness of the gospel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and I put much time and effort into seeing if it was true or not. It wasn't until I finished the Book of Mormon for the first time that I knew this church is true. While I had been a Mormon my whole life, it hadn't been until this moment that I had been truly converted. This gospel means everything to me: forever families, forgiveness through Christ's infinite atonement, and eternal life are just a few examples. I want people to have the same happiness I have had because of this, and I know this is the Lord's work.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by helping and uplifting others. I try to be an example to those who need guidance in their everyday living. Being there for others is not always easy, but it's always worth it.
