Hi I'm Tyler

I grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. I'm going on a mission to Provo, Utah. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was raised I'm Texas, Only knowing church and football.

Why I am a Mormon

I love going to church every week, it helps bring peace to my life; a certain comfort that I can do anything and have no worries.

How I live my faith

I serve others and I'm return am served, helping in the community is one great thing I enjoy.

Why don’t Mormons have paid clergy?

Tyler
Having a clergy that is not paid takes out the possibility and potential for a corrupted church government. In other churches, the clergy's function is a job, not a responsibility. An owner of a company's primary function is to make money to keep the company going, so it allows the corruption of the clergyman just to tell the people what they want to hear instead of the truth for job security. A non paid clergyman just does his duty without taking tithes or any other payments, which allows him to say the truth, not worrying if he will continue to receive payments, as there are none.
