Hi I'm Lizzy

I am a college student. I can't make chocolate chip cookies to save my life. I love to make others laugh. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I just finished my first year of college. I am the second youngest out of six kids. I love to play sports and eat food. I like to think that I can play the guitar. I specialize in rocking out in the car to the radio. I want to be a stand-up comedian but I always laugh before I deliver the punch line. I try to speak in accents but they all sound the same.

When I was growing up, I relied so heavily on my parent's testimonies and never gained one for my self. I went through really dark times and struggled to find happiness and peace. It came to the point that I could not stand it any longer. The loneliness and sadness that I felt was too much for me handle. I remember just kneeling down and pleading for comfort and to know and feel of Heavenly Father's love for me. An overwhelming feeling of love overcame me and I just wept. I turned to my Savior and used the Atonement to repent of my past sins and

How I live my faith

While in college, I had the opportunity to teach the girls in my single adult ward during church and to grow in my faith because of their testimonies. Now that I am home, I have many non-member friends that I try to be an example too. I keep my standards high and thankfully they recognize that and respect me for it.
