Hi I'm Jason Todd Worley

I was raised in Southern California, but really grew up in Virginia. I like helping people. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have the best family in the world. I like singing and finding sports that few people play. I play the ukulele and guitar. I think perspective and the Gospel are the two most important things in the world. I have finished one year at BYU and am now preparing for a church mission in Brazil! I love discussing topics with people and I just want to know what others think and why. I hope to be a surgeon one day. That's me.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the LDS church. I grew up relying on the Testimonies of those around me, but as I got older, I really had to pray and ponder the things I had been taught. I had my prayers answered time and time again through Spiritual influences and the tender mercies I am given in my every day life. I continue to strengthen my testimony of the gospel and the Savior so I can be a tool in His hands in bring others unto Him. My life has been so blessed by my faith through wonderful friendships and the many miracles I have witnessed in my life. I know this church is His church on the earth, and we have a prophet on the earth today. I would implore all around me to read the Book of Mormon and ask our Father in heaven if it is true. I promise you can and will receive an answer if you take a leap of faith and commit to changing your life based on that answer. My life has been blessed and I promise you that yours will be too.

How I live my faith

Every week I attend church and help with the sacrament as needed. I also home teach any families that are assigned to me. I meet with them at least once a month and try to uplift them and assist them in any way I can. I am currently preparing to be called as a missionary for the LDS church to Northern Brazil where I will spend two years serving the people of Brazil.

What is being a Mormon like?

Jason Todd Worley
The Mormon lifestyle is a very hopeful, and thankful one. The gospel helps me keep perspective in my life and I know that no matter how hard it gets or how much I want to quit, everything will work out for the better if we stay on the straight and narrow. There is a very strong importance placed on the family as the basic unit of society, and the roles of family as we live together through eternity. It is important in LDS families to show love and respect for one another, and in turn, uplift and strengthen each other. My life is one of continued progression. We believe that this life is here for our own maturation and progression towards something much, much greater. A Mormon lifestyle is a lifestyle that strives to be clean and strives to emulate the Savior's perfect love. Show more Show less
