Hi I'm Carly Case

I'm a proud Texan who loves the sun and smiles. I'm serving in the Nebraska, Omaha Mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a student at Brigham Young University, but I am taking a break to serve an 18th month mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Nebraska. I love teeth and the happiness that a simple smile can bring to anyone. I want to go into some sort of dentistry. One thing that never ceases to give me a smile is the sun. To me, sunrises and sunsets are honestly one of the most beautiful things that God has put on this earth. I love to sing and dance and I have an obsession for musicals and show choir. I believe that if you want a friend you have to be a friend.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a Mormon my entire life, and I love it. I love being different; I love the challenge of trying to be an example of my beliefs and standards to those that are less familiar with my church. Living in the south, you are exposed to many different religions. Most people in my area are not Mormon, but I've been able to talk to them about the Bible and share my testimony in many different ways. I do this just by simply being a friend, listening to their problems, and supporting them in their own church callings and functions. When you gain others' respect, it's much easier to share your testimony because they know you're doing it out of love. I am a Mormon because this gospel brings me so much happiness. I know what I am supposed to do in this life and how to return home some day to our loving Heavenly Father. I know that God has a plan for each of us; therefore, I'm not afraid to live my life to the fullest and smile at whatever comes my way--good and bad. I am a Mormon because I know this church is true. I want to share the love and knowledge of this gospel with anyone that is willing to listen. I loving knowing that I am a child of God, who loves me, and everyone else on this earth, very much and that I can pray to Him anytime, anywhere, always.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through my actions, words, and clothing. I believe that our bodies are temples and need to be treated with respect; therefore, being modest is very important to me. I love the opportunity to serve others and share my beliefs every chance I get.
