Hi I'm Scott

I'm a Texas Native. Born, raised, and darn proud of it! Now a resident of Utah and a snowboarder! I'm also a Mormon

About Me

I'm great with electronics. I'm "that guy" in my family that everyone tends to go to for technical assistance! I love it. Something I hadn't done until the winter of 2012-2013 was Snowboarding! Man have I missed out on some epic times! I went over 30 times between January and when the mountain closed and loved it everytime! Not currently attending school, but I'd like to go once I get back from my mission. I'm interested in an electrical engineering degree or semi-conductor engineering.

Why I am a Mormon

I love being able to attend church every sunday and become edified by the teachings of my friends in the ward. There's always at least one thing to be learned there and it always bring great joy by doing so! I know that while we all do make mistakes, the Atonement is there for us to move and and cross those bridges so we may continue on our path to eternal life. This church is the greatest blessing in my life. I wouldn't be anywhere good had it not been for my youth leaders and for that I owe them everything. I love knowing the Jesus Christ knows exactly what it is that I've gone through and can relate perfectly to me! It's an amazing comfort to know this.

How I live my faith

I loved doing home teaching in my singles ward here! It was a big change from going to home-ward members. Seeing and helping those that were a little more relate-able to me was great! It's always brought great peace being able to serve those who need more help than myself!
