Hi I'm Corey

I'm a Mormon

About Me

I've been happily married for seven years to my beautiful wife, Maegan. We have four children together, Carson, Connor, Mylie, and Gracin. I served four years in the United States Army at Fort Benning, and now work for Dish Network.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I am a follower of Christ. This is the only true church on the earth. As a person, you can accept or deny it, but the fact remains, this is the true church. I have prayed and studied about the church and it was revealed to me that it is true. It's not only a good feeling you get when you pray about the church, it's an undeniable revelation you receive that confirms the truthfulness of His church. If you are not a member or an investigator, read Moroni 10:4-5 from the Book of Mormon. You can access this at http://www.lds.org/scriptures/bofm/moro/10?lang=eng

How I live my faith

I have been in the Young Men's presidency, an Elders Quorum Teacher, and now serve as the Elders Quorum Secretary.

What is the Book of Mormon?

Corey
The Book of Mormon is ANOTHER testament of Jesus Christ. While the Bible explains events that took place in the middle east before, during, and after Christ, the Book of Mormon tells what happen on the American Continent during this time. People often ask me, what do you believe in more, the Book of Mormon or the Bible? This question is like asking what do you believe in more the gospel of Matthew or the gospel of John? The Book of Mormon and Bible go hand in hand. Neither contradict each other, both complement each other. Show more Show less
