Hi I'm J. Cody

I'm a California native. I'm an athlete and a life-long learner. I'm the ninth of 12 children. I love that I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born the ninth of 12 children, which is a pretty rare thing in Southern California. Growing up I was immersed in athletics playing sports of all kind, from baseball, basketball, and football to soccer, track & field, and volleyball. Though I was active in most of these sports throughout high school, I didn't pursue them at the collegiate level. Upon entering my university studies my focus shifted to becoming a dentist, my career goal. Aside from this I enjoy the ocean. Whether it's hanging out on the beach, outrigger canoe paddling, or just sitting on a cliff watching the waves from a far, I love to be near the water. Even more importantly, the Gospel of Jesus Christ has and continues to become a foundation in my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it is the happiest way to live!

How I live my faith

I try to be active in my local congregation by attending any meetings that I can. When there aren't meetings being held I seek to fulfill other responsibilities I have to visit those I have been asked to fellowship and help in anyway I can. I look for opportunities to share the things that I know with any one who is interested in learning more of Christ. More than any of this or imbedded in all of it, I try to act as Jesus Christ would act in all situations, even down to my attitudes towards others.
