I am born and raised a California boy! I'm a husband, father, medical student, and of course I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am a devoted husband to my beautiful wife, Angela, and a dedicated father to my sweet new boy, Frederick. My wife and I graduated from BYU in 2011, and are now currently attending medical school in Southern California and loving it! I enjoy spending time with my family and playing sports in my free time. I try to play basketball, tennis, golf, and swim regularly. I was a mormon missionary to the Spanish population in New York City from July 2007 to July 2009 and still use my Spanish everyday.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that this church is true. I studied it out in my mind and in my heart and prayed to God, the ultimate source of true and knowledge, for an answer. I received an answer. This knowledge has guided my life to where I am today. I know that if I had chosen not to follow God I wouldn't enjoy the things that bring me true happiness, namely my family. I am confident that God love us all and anyone who seeks God and for truth will find it.

How I live my faith

One thing I love about my church is that we strive to incorporate the things we learn into our daily lives. On Sunday, I teach the 12-14 year-old boys how to find lasting happiness through avoiding the temptations that surround them and developing a closer relationship with their Heavenly Father.
