Hi I'm Jake Kunzler

I like to build things. I'm a Mechanical Engineer. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently serving a mission for the Church. Before my mission I completed one year attending Brigham Young University Provo. My most memorable experience from this year was captaining a dune buggy build-race team as a Freshmen. I enjoy pushing myself to learn and grow. I'm not afraid of hard work, but I still like to play hard. I grew up in a small town a long way away from anywhere, but I'm getting used to living in the city at college. I love going to dances and parties, but I also love getting away from the city and enjoying nature. Sometimes this is just camping, sometimes this is on the back of mechanical trail-running beast.

Why I am a Mormon

I love my Savior Jesus Christ. I love knowing that he is still revealing doctrine and revelations to mankind. All of the scriptures, ancient and modern, give me revelation on what I can do to improve my life. The knowledge of His gospel and where his teachings are leading me, gives me more meaning in this life. I couldn't imagine doing any of the crazy challenges I pursue without relying on him to help get me through. This church makes my life happier.

How I live my faith

I am dedicating 2 years of my life to help other people develop their relationship with Christ. Everywhere I am, I try to use the strengths the Lord has given me to lift other people higher. I feel very grateful that the Lord gives me peace of mind when I rely on him to overcome the challenges I often pursue in my life. He helps me in so many ways, I want others to have that help also.
